I want to send a personal thank you to our great team and to you, our valued partners, for making IMTS 2016 (Sept 12-17) a major success for Dormer Pramet.
So, what goes into a great show?
Let’s start with an inviting and energized team. We begin every day with positive energy and we convert that into finding cutting tools for our distribution partners and customers.
Add some coffee to the mix. Yes…lots of coffee. The coffee in our booth was amazing and visitors were coming all the way from the South and Lake Halls (a mile walk away), drawn by the wonderful smell of our coffee. Once they were converted, they never went back! The coffee certainly added a little bit of extra energy to our conversations, as well.
Next, stir in some dedicated partners. It was a pleasure hosting old and new contacts on our booth. We are honored to have long-term partnerships with some amazing people and companies and look forward to welcoming new members into our family.
Trade shows always give us an opportunity to reengage those we haven’t spoken with in a while and introduce all to our broad portfolio of products.
Speaking of products…what better way to roll-out new Pramet indexable grades and inserts and the new Precision Light drill for MRO than at a trade show!
Yes, we had a comprehensive offer at the show and those who visited our booth also got to see the newest products launched in 2016. We also had a Dynamic Milling Railway Wheel on display which had 242 Pramet inserts (and was quite a show stopper).
